Arbour Interiors manufacture, import and distribute high quality, reproduction French painted and mahogany furniture at unbelievably low prices. Our emphasis is always on beautiful yet affordable furniture for your home, sourced and quality checked directly by us. With the growing trend of buyers now moving away from disposable poorly made furniture, there has never been a better time to buy furniture that will last for years to come.
We are always willing to help with any questions you may have. We can advise on finishes and on mixing and matching items from different collections. Call us or e-mail us about any aspect of for example making a bedroom up out of the various armoires, wardrobes, beds and chests of drawers. We can update you on delivery times and availability prior to ordering, and can give you a progress report on your order at any time. Since almost everything we sell is available from our warehouse, you won’t have to wait long to take delivery of your order wherever you are in the UK or Ireland. We can also deliver to many parts of Europe (see elsewhere on the website for details).
Trade enquiries are very welcome. We supply interior designers, show homes, developers, boutique hotels, retailers (nationwide drop shipping service available), TV companies, restaurants, shop fitting and have a delivery service, including home delivery covering all the UK and Ireland. Terms & Conditions
Guarantee
All of our products come with our guarantee that they will reach you in perfect condition. On delivery our driver will ask you to inspect the goods, and to sign for them. Breakages and short deliveries should be notified to us immediately. We regret we are unable to send replacement stock unless the damaged items have been first returned to us (at our expense) in the original packaging.
Delivery
We will normally send your order to you within 14 working days (UK mainland - other destinations please add an additional 14 days).
All orders are shipped either by dedicated furniture carrier or ourselves. We will contact you if for any reason there is a delay in shipping your purchase, to ask you if you would like to cancel the order or wait for the estimated time which we will give you.
England / Wales / Scotland
(not including the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Scottish AB postcodes)
- Shipping costs are £50 for the first item, £15 for each subsequent item
- FREE shipping for orders over £1000
Scottish Highlands and AB postcodes
- Shipping costs are £75 for the first item, £15 for each subsequent item

Scottish Islands / Northern Ireland / Southern Ireland

- We are able to ship to these countries, but please contact us for a shipping quote.
Shipping & Handling
All our prices exclude shipping and handling. All orders (less than £1000) are sent at a single cost plus a nominal amount per item thereafter. Our standard rates apply on the British mainland, and exclude the Scottish Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland and other European addresses.
For the Scottish Islands and Ireland, please note that when ordering for delivery to these destinations the website doesn't calculate the carriage. We will contact you to advise you on this once you have placed your order and confirm that it is acceptable to you prior to depatch.
We regret that our carriers are able to deliver to the door only, and are not insured for moving furniture in and around your home. This type of service enables us to deliver furniture to you at economic rates.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 15% VAT is included. Customers within the EU will be charged VAT unless their VAT number is supplied prior to despatch. Orders received from outside the EU are VAT free.
Making a purchase
Just browse through our web site, click on the order link or note down the items you wish to order. After you have finished your selection either pay online via our secure server or phone, fax or e-mail your order. We accept Visa, Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, Switch and cheque/postal orders. Please do not send cash through the post, and do not send your credit/debit card details by e-mail.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your purchase please let us know. We want all our customers to be completely delighted with their purchase. Our reputation relies on it. Please note that you must notify us as soon as possible of any problems that you have found with our products, and
no later than 7 days from delivery. Retain the packaging until you have inspected the item, as we can't accept returns without the furniture being repacked, our carrier will not collect faulty items without this.
Items returned which are found not to be faulty, will be subject to carriage being charged both for delivery and for collection at the prevailing rate. We regret we are unable to offer a sale or return facility.
Retention of Title
The title of all goods supplied remains the property of Arbour Interiors until paid for in full.

website are conducted using industry standard 128 bit encryption for your complete peace of mind.
